Publicity can make or break a new movie, TV series, or recording star. Studios and networks have massive marketing teams desperate to help a film “open” well, or a show pull in great numbers. Part of that effort is to make sure the stars are interviewed on all of the entertainment shows, morning news, local stations (via satellite) and hopefully on high profile late night TV. But, let’s face it, putting rising new (and some established) stars in the interview chair can be a huge crap shoot.
Studios, networks and record companies could reap huge benefits if their stars are trained in the art of being a "great interview". Those companies that have their young (or experienced) stars spend a few hours with J2SC's trainers could pull in significantly more at the box office, in CD sales, or greatly boost their show's ratings.
Agents, managers and publicists also know that a star who's great with publicity can create a higher demand for their talents and possibly be in line for lucrative product endorsement deals.
J2SC will make sure your talent is ready to handle the press. Our trainers are some of the biggest names in the entertainment news industry: Jann Carl, Bob Goen, Jon Kelley, Steve Kmetko, Terry Murphy, and Steve Lange. They have been the ones holding the microphone, asking the questions, and deciding who gets coverage. We will make sure that your star is equipped to handle the rush of press and to effectively sell their film, show, CD and themselves.
A star who is great with the press can pull people into theaters, or in front of their TV sets. An actor who can talk in sound bites will get better play on entertainment shows, and may be invited appear on the big shows, Leno and Letterman. When stars are confident with their ability to be interviewed they will shine in front of the cameras and on the red carpet.
