Bob
is among the best-known broadcast personalities in the world. For ten years he
co-anchored the syndicated powerhouse “Entertainment Tonight”. His stints
hosting the "Miss Universe," "Miss USA" and "Miss Teen
USA" Pageants have been watched by hundreds of millions of viewers around
the globe.
Bob
joined "ET" as a correspondent and weekend anchor in July 1993. He
has interviewed Hollywood legends as well as present-day icons - - Jim Carrey,
Sylvester Stallone, Tom Hanks, Michelle Pfeiffer, Sharon Stone, Sean Connery,
Richard Gere, Faye Dunaway and Elton John, to name a few. In the line of duty, Bob has flown in Kurt
Russell's private plane, shared a cigar with Milton Berle, visited Harrison
Ford's ranch in Wyoming, and lounged in Janet Jackson's personal tour bus.
Before
“ET” Bob worked in local news as a sportscaster and then moved into the game
show world. Most notably he hosted the daytime version of “Wheel of Fortune”.
Bob recently returned to his game show roots with the launching of “That’s The
Question” on The Game Show Network. He
can also be seen as host of the extremely popular “Eukanuba Dog Show” series on
Animal Planet.
Bob’s
incredible experience on the set, in the field and on the red carpet makes him
an invaluable addition to our Entertainment practice.
